The location and building were good. It seems like they haven't done many short-term rentals, so there were some issues for the two of us, but the owner was quick to respond to any problems, which was great. It wasn't clean when we moved in, so we had a bit of a rough first day, but they added a complimentary cleaning service. I think future guests will have a more comfortable stay than we did. If you plan to have a cup of coffee at home in the morning or do some simple cooking, like we did, you might find it inconvenient as many things are missing, such as a kettle, cutting board, and forks. However, if you plan to eat out or order in all day for more than two weeks, it won't matter much. Since it's a new building, the washing machine, steamer, and water purifier are all clean and easy to use. However, using the rooftop pool, fitness center, and concierge services is more complicated than expected. During our stay, there was a notice that the rooftop pool was not accessible, and booking meeting rooms required installing an app that foreigners couldn't set up, so we couldn't utilize them as much as we had planned. I think you'll be less disappointed if you ask various questions and refer to them before signing a contract.
