- Bus stop right in front of the apartment - 5–6 minute drive to Konyang University Hospital - 8 minutes to Lotte Mart (Modern House) - Close to Seodaejeon IC, offering convenient access to all areas of Daejeon - Just a 3-minute drive to Starbucks, McDonald's, No Brand, and Daiso - Surrounded by restaurants, CGV, trendy cafes (like Mongsim), and more—it has everything - 8.4 km (20–25 minute drive) to Sungsimdang - 20 minutes to Jangtaesan Recreational Forest
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - The base occupancy is 2 people. - Additional fee for guests aged 24 months or older: 20,000 KRW per person per week. - Up to 6 additional guests allowed. - Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. (100,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit for each violation of the above rules.) - Please ventilate the room at least once a day. - Parties and loud noise are prohibited after 9 PM. - Do not flush wet wipes or food waste down the toilet. - Please follow the rules for trash disposal and recycling. - Recycling collection takes place every Tuesday.

Please treat it with care and keep it clean, just like your own home. 🙏 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - While this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging business, I have stocked the space with essential items for your convenience. Bedding sets and bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. An allowance of 2 rolls of toilet paper and 5 towels per week is provided. Please purchase or bring any personal items other than those already provided. - Compensation fees will be charged for any damage to or contamination of property. - You will also be held liable for compensation regarding any missing items. These measures are necessary to maintain the property in good condition. I ask for your understanding. If you observe these guidelines, I promise, as your host, to do my absolute best to provide a wonderful space and excellent service. Thank you.

I had a really great stay. It was close to the main shopping and dining area, and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby—it was really nice!

I had a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area was quieter than expected, and there was plenty of parking space. It was also convenient having a convenience store right in front of the main entrance. Thank you for everything!
