- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - The default occupancy is 2 people. For children over 24 months, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per week will be charged. Up to 6 additional people are allowed. - No smoking or pets allowed indoors. (A deduction of 100,000 KRW from the deposit will be made for each violation of the above rules.) - No parties or loud noises after 9 PM. - Do not flush wet wipes or food waste down the toilet. - Please follow the rules for trash and recycling.
♥︎ This is the host's precious space~ Please keep it as clean as your own home🙏 -Check-in time is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM -Although this is a short-term rental and not a lodging business, we have provided essential household items for your convenience. Bedding set, bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) 2 rolls of toilet paper and 5 towels per week Please purchase or prepare any personal items other than those provided. -Compensation for damages will be incurred in case of damage or contamination of items. -You will also be responsible for compensating for any missing items. This is an unavoidable part of maintaining the facilities of a clean house. We ask for your understanding. If you adhere to these guidelines, as a host, I promise to do my best to provide a good space and service. Thank you.
