It is located between Gyodong New Town (a downtown area) and the old city, so you can walk there. You will be charged for damages if you damage or pollute the property. Parking is available in the apartment complex, but if it is full, you can park outside the apartment complex (there is a public parking lot a 3-minute walk away).
