There is a large room and a small room that are clean and get plenty of sunlight. Internet and TV are installed, and there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment. There are no dishes or mattresses. NO PETS (No dogs or cats.) NO SMOKING (We prefer non-smokers.)
Onsu Station (Line 1, Line 7) and Yeokgok Station are 5 minutes away. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment. Donggok Elementary School and Yuhan University are 5 minutes away.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity and gas, additional costs may be requested. When using heating and cooling equipment (heater, air conditioner, etc.), additional costs will be requested at actual cost.
We had a great stay. It was convenient having plenty of parking space, and the accommodation was well-suited for a family of four. It was close to Yeokgok Station, so there were plenty of places to eat nearby. It is also close to Onsu Station and the bus stop for buses heading to Seoul (near Yuhan University).

The building is old, but the bathroom has been remodeled and is clean. The heating works well, and the water pressure is strong. It's in a good location for walking to Onsu Station. It's equipped with a TV, internet, microwave, refrigerator (only the fridge part is used), washing machine (not used), dining table, phone charger, etc. Parking is convenient for small cars. You need to bring your own bedding. The train tracks are right there, so you can hear the train very well, but it's not as disruptive as you might think. It's a good place to stay for a low price and feel at home. I was visiting Korea and needed a place for 3-4 days due to a change in my schedule, and this was a great help.
