I stayed here for a business trip and had a wonderful time thanks to the excellent location! I had an issue with a light and requested assistance, but they resolved it so quickly, which made my stay even more comfortable 😊
The location and surrounding shops were very convenient, but the officetel lacked many essential amenities. For example, it was very inconvenient that there wasn't enough cable TV, hand soap, tissue, paper towels, or recycling trash bags, which are essential. In particular, the TV didn't work, so I didn't know what to do when I got home, and the remote control didn't work well, so it was very difficult to change channels or search. This is not a complaint, but I think these are areas that need to be improved for future guests. My friend and his wife also stayed on the 15th floor, and it was very different because they had everything they needed. I hope that 1217 will also become a good accommodation in the future.
