Located near Apsan, E-World, Duryu Park, and Hyeonchung-ro Station (Line 1), this space features two stylish, tastefully decorated bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a balcony, and a bathroom. It is furnished with two queen-sized beds and two sofa beds. Amenities include a vanity, full-length mirror, clothes rack, a desk-cum-dining table, a washer and dryer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a rice cooker, three air conditioners (with units in every room), a projector, and a 48-inch TV. Fully equipped with everything needed for daily life, it offers a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.
It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Hyeonchung-ro Station (Daegu Metro Line 1). If you drive, a designated parking spot is guaranteed for one vehicle, and there is generally plenty of parking space available.
We will send you an information guide after your booking is confirmed. The boiler control is located in the largest room; it is currently set to "Away" mode, so please switch it on for heating or hot water. You will find plenty of cups, tableware, and cooking utensils in the kitchen cabinets. Leaving food waste indoors while the heating is on can cause unpleasant odors, so please take it outside when you leave. We kindly ask that you wash the dishes and tidy up before checking out. Please turn off all lights and the heating system. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Automated check-in instructions will be sent the day before your arrival.
During your stay, you can enjoy free use of a projector and Wi-Fi, along with a 48-inch TV and a variety of board games. Air-purifying plants add beauty to the interior, creating a lovely and cozy atmosphere.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, any excessive gas or electricity usage will be calculated and charged separately upon check-out.
I stayed here for two weeks for my internship, and I had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay! 😊 It was even cleaner and cozier in person than in the photos, and everything I needed was provided, so I had no issues at all. Being able to come back and relax comfortably after my internship was a huge help over those two weeks. Above all, I really appreciated the host's kind and helpful responses.
