Fully equipped with everything needed for daily life, it offers a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.
It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Hyeonchung-ro Station (Daegu Metro Line 1). If you drive, a designated parking spot is guaranteed for one vehicle, and there is generally plenty of parking space available.
I will send you an information sheet once the booking is confirmed. The boiler control is located in the largest room; it is currently set to "Away" mode, so please turn on the heating or hot water as needed. You will find plenty of cups, tableware, and cooking utensils in the kitchen cabinets. Leaving food waste inside a heated room causes unpleasant odors, so please take it outside when you leave. Please wash the dishes thoroughly and put everything back in its proper place. Also, please make sure to turn off all lights and the heating system before leaving.
During your stay, you can enjoy free use of a projector and Wi-Fi, along with a 48-inch TV and a variety of board games. Air-purifying plants add beauty to the interior, creating a lovely and cozy atmosphere.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, any excessive gas or electricity usage will be calculated and charged separately upon check-out.
