Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not allowed. Registration of change of address is not allowed. Available for up to 2 adults. Food consumption is not allowed on the bed or sofa. (If food stains on the bedding or sofa cannot be removed, additional charges will apply.) Loud noises, events, and parties are prohibited.
Information regarding check-in, such as the passcode for the common entrance and your room, will be sent by the morning of your check-in day. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM (15:00), and check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon). (This can be adjusted.) Parking registration for one vehicle is free. Basic cooking utensils, tableware, and seasonings are provided, making your stay convenient. There are many convenience stores and delicious restaurants nearby, and the downtown area is within walking distance. (There is a CU convenience store on the 1st floor.) You may be charged for damages or contamination. The rooftop is equipped with a running track and various outdoor exercise machines.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
