The move-in process is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you move-in instructions on the day of your arrival. Please note that while the furniture shown in the photos is exactly as it appears, other items and accessories in the room may differ at the time of your stay. Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out incurs an additional fee (10,000 KRW per hour); please contact us in advance to arrange this.
- The Anyangcheon Stream is located right next to the property, making it perfect for cycling and walking. - The location is convenient, with Bakdal Market, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, hospitals, and pharmacies nearby. - Maximum occupancy is 4 people. - The base rate is for 2 people; an additional fee of 70,000 KRW per week applies for each additional person.
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - Please note that additional charges may be requested upon check-out if electricity or gas is used excessively.

It's a house where everything is satisfactory except for the lack of an elevator!! There's a bus to Gwangmyeong nearby, and in the evening, I went out to Anyangcheon and exercised, which was nice. And the sundae-guk restaurant on the first floor was delicious~ I had a good stay for 3 weeks!!
