This is a newly built building that was recently occupied. It is equipped with a Samsung Zipel double-door refrigerator, a large washer-dryer tower, a Zipel dishwasher, and a Samsung induction cooktop. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the smaller bedroom has a single bed and a desk, and the spacious loft has a queen-size bed and an extra queen-size mattress. As it is on the top floor of the same line, there is no noise from the upper floor. You can rest assured as this is a home directly operated by the owner who purchased it. There are plenty of dishes and cups available.
It is within a 10-minute walk of Dongtan Station. You can conveniently use the SRT and GTX. There is a bus stop within a 3-minute walk, making it convenient to use general, express, and village buses. It is also convenient to use public transportation to Gangnam Station, Sinnonhyeon Station, Yangjae Station, Byeongjeom Station, Osan Station, Osan Terminal, Dongtan Lake Park, etc.
No indoor smoking or pets allowed. Based on a maximum of 4 people. For groups of 5 or more, an additional 70,000 KRW per person will be charged.
Dongtan Station Lotte Department Store and Yeoul Park are nearby. Starbucks and other large supermarkets and all commercial areas are within a 3-minute walk. A CU convenience store is located on the first floor of the accommodation.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
