Check-in and check-out are contactless. - 3:00 PM - We will send you the access code via message. Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. (Please contact us separately if you wish to check in early; early check-in is possible if there was no check-out on the same day.) - 11:00 AM Upon check-out, you are required to dispose of all trash and wash the dishes yourself.
※ Reservations can only be made via the SamsamM2 platform. Please do not ask to book via direct bank transfer to bypass the app. ※ The studio accommodates a maximum of two people. 1. Compensation for damages may be claimed in the event of property damage or soiling. 2. Smoking of any kind—including e-cigarettes and vape pens—is strictly prohibited inside the building. 3. Additional discounts are not available; long-term rental discounts have already been applied. 4. For rentals exceeding two months, a contract can be arranged through a real estate agency. 5. Consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. Bedding and towels are supplied as a complimentary service. 6. The security deposit is held by SamsamM2, not by me. It is typically refunded the day after check-out. 7. For long-term rentals, a property inspection is conducted once a month to ensure the unit remains in good condition. 8. I have prepared the space with great care and cleanliness, just as if I were living here myself. The property is managed directly by the owner.
Common area maintenance fees, water, and internet are included in the maintenance fee, but electricity and gas are not. Charges are settled based on meter readings taken either upon move-out or every two weeks.
The building is new and the place is spotless; the bedding, in particular, is excellent. It is a shame, however, that parking is difficult.
The host was really kind, and the place was clean! I would definitely stay here again.
