It is a 5-minute drive and a 10-minute walk from Jangsan Station. It is a 10-minute walk to Cheongsapo Beach and a 15-minute walk to Haeundae Beach. There are many transportation options.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. We will inform you of the front door password between 12:00 and 3:00 PM on the day of check-in.
This is an ocean-view apartment located in Dalmaji, Haeundae. It is a 5-minute drive from Jangsan Station. You can see Gwangalli and Haeundae beaches and Gwangandaegyo Bridge from the living room window. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to Cheongsapo Beach and Blue Line Park. The Mystery Literature Museum, a mecca for book lovers, is within walking distance. Kim Seong-jong, the author of "Eyes of Dawn," is here.
The management fee is 50,000 won per week. The appropriate number of people is 4, and the maximum is 4. Visits and stays by more than the standard number of people are prohibited. Cleaning upon departure (including vacuuming) is mandatory, as the property is cleaned before check-in. A cleaning fee of 300,000 won will be charged for indoor smoking (including the veranda).

The accommodation was less than a 10-minute walk from Exit 3 of Jangsan Station, making transportation convenient for exploring all of Busan; I also really appreciated its close proximity to Cheongsapo, Mipo, Songjeong Beach, Haeundae Beach, and Dalmaji-gil.
