(Blackout blinds installed) ✅ There's a GS, 7-Eleven, pretty cafes, and restaurants on the first floor. ✅ There's a king-size bed and bedding.
❗️Check-in is contactless. Check-out time: 11:00 AM / Check-in time: After 3:00 PM (However, if there is a guest checking out on the same day, check-in may be delayed as it will be after cleaning.) ‼️Check-in information, such as the room password, will be sent by the morning of the check-in day.

Registration of new residents is not allowed. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking or pets are present, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (Professional cleaning service fee: 150,000 KRW) (※Basic options: basic bedding (washed and high-temperature sterilized), TV, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, microwave, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, king-size bed, dryer, WIFI)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The location and the room itself were excellent. However, there was a delay in checking in because the entry code differed from the information provided, and the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Additionally, the boiler malfunctioned; although I tried to contact the host, the issue was not resolved, so I was unable to use hot water throughout my stay. Aside from these issues, I had a comfortable stay overall and would be willing to visit again on my next trip to Seoul if the aforementioned problems are addressed.
The door key sometimes malfunctions and gets jammed, and the hot water system occasionally has issues. Otherwise, the room and facilities are actually relatively new.
The location has convenient transportation, communication with the host was excellent, and I had a great stay. Thank you!
