There is a balcony, which is convenient for storing belongings. - Washing machine included (a laundromat is also nearby) - 32-inch portable monitor (Samsung StandbyME) provided - 6-person dining table - Located in a quiet residential neighborhood; safe with CCTV installed both inside and outside the building. - Managed directly by the landlord, ensuring safety and prompt communication.

Station - 13-minute walk to Sangsu Station - 8 minutes to Gyeongui Line Forest Park [Bus] - A bus stop is located right in front, offering excellent access to Sangsu, Hapjeong, Sinchon, Ewha Womans Univ., and Jongno.

Hello! We had a wonderful stay at your place and have just checked out. If there is anything regarding the condition of the accommodation that we overlooked or anything that seems amiss after our departure, please feel free to contact us at any time. A friend of ours living at 6-268 Changjeon-dong can go over and take care of it for you. Thank you once again. The place was new and truly beautiful, and it was so well-stocked with daily necessities that we felt very comfortable (though it would have been absolutely perfect if there had been just a bit more body wash and two extra trash bags 🥺). It was a very enjoyable stay and a wonderful trip. I wish you continued happiness and good health!
The room was very clean, and although it was located near restaurants and tourist attractions, it was in a quiet neighborhood, so I had a refreshing time and checked out. There was also a convenience store and a laundromat right in front, so it was very convenient!
