Security is ensured with a keypad-entry door on the ground floor and CCTV surveillance inside the building.
There is a local bus stop just a one-minute walk from the house with buses running to Hongdae and Yeonnam. It is a 10-minute walk to Mangwon Subway Station. It is a 15-minute walk to Hapjeong Subway Station.
