Suwon Sungdae Station

Hello. I hadn't intended to write a review, but since my phone kept prompting me to do so, I decided to jot down a few words. The unit is about 32 pyeong (approx. 1,100 sq. ft.), so it was incredibly spacious and nice for our family of three. Although I cleaned it thoroughly before settling in, the place seemed to have been vacant for a long time; even with the bedroom door left open while sleeping, the smell triggered my daughter's severe rhinitis, making it very difficult for her to breathe. I tried wiping everything down multiple times with wet wipes, but the space was just too large, so I eventually gave up and only cleaned the immediate sleeping area. We had planned to stay for two weeks, but we ended up only sleeping there at night for about 8 or 9 days before leaving. I really hope the place is cleaned more thoroughly before being rented out. Still, thank you for the stay.

I really enjoyed the walking path (which takes about 30 minutes) right next to the apartment, near Cheonggaeguri Bamkkot Park; it feels like walking along a country road and is very relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, close to a supermarket, and has a youthful vibe. The apartment complex also offers good amenities. However, the parking area is somewhat tight compared to other buildings, so there is a bit of competition for parking spots.
