Please note that bedding and tableware are not provided, so you will need to bring your own. The large Lotte Mart supermarket is a 1-minute walk away, making living expenses very affordable. All utility bills are included in the cost. You can consider it equivalent to a fully furnished studio apartment.
There are several bus stops nearby. Transportation is convenient. You can easily travel by bus to both downtown Gimhae and Changwon.
Both in-person and non-face-to-face check-ins are possible. If possible, we prefer in-person check-ins. You can extend your stay anytime before check-out. There are no additional costs after check-in, so please feel free to stay and leave as you please.
