It is located right in front of Sokcho Beach. Parking spaces were available between 8:00 AM and around 5:00 PM; I did not use the parking tower. There is a window-type air conditioner.

It was great having the beach right on the doorstep, but the room seemed to have a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, so it was a bit unpleasant whenever I returned to the room.
