This unit is located on the 12th floor of the Star Tower Officetel in Chipyeong-dong (Sangmu District), Seo-gu, Gwangju. It is not a shared house or a guesthouse; the entire space is for the exclusive use of your group. Although set up for two people, there is no extra charge for additional guests. Most daily necessities are already provided. If there is anything else you need, I will purchase and stock it for you.
Located in a newly developed area of Gwangju with convenient transportation access. Monthly parking is available in the building for a fee of 30,000 KRW per month. If you own a large vehicle, such as an SUV, please be sure to inquire before moving in (we can provide information on alternative parking options outside the building).
