Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is finalized, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. However, if there are no guests checking out on the same day, you can check in at any time. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. As this is not a lodging establishment, personal toiletries (towels, shampoo) are not provided. For hygiene and safety reasons, no food, including condiments, is provided.
You can have a good time. There are also many famous cafes, restaurants, and clothing stores, so you can enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. Homeplus, a grocery store, Daiso, a hospital, and a pharmacy are all within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
There are quite a few good restaurants near the house, and transportation is convenient.
