It is a 10-15 minute walk from Iksan Station, and the express bus terminal is right next door.
E-Mart, Nambu Market, Jungang Market, and the Culture and Arts Street are nearby, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The only nightclub in Iksan is also nearby. It is conveniently located for travel to tourist destinations such as Jeonju Hanok Village and Gunsan Saemangeum.
