Please be aware that you will be charged for any toilet clogs. - For separate waste disposal, please use the apartment entrance.

No smoking, no pets allowed. 🍉 You can enjoy leisure time with Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, etc. Fully equipped with new electronic products. 🍋 We provide a clean space prepared with disinfection, laundry, and cleaning. 🍄 As it is a residential collective building, parties or noise (complaints) are not allowed. We ask for your understanding. 🍎 Chungbuk National University and Chungbuk National University Hospital are not far away. Sangdangsanseong Fortress, Cheongnamdae, Daecheongho Lake, Songnisan Mountain, and Chojung Mineral Spring are also recommended places to visit.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The host was kind, and the location was excellent. I was also pleased with the ample parking space. Since it had been renovated, the accommodation was clean, too.
