The price includes all maintenance fees and utilities and is based on single occupancy. An additional maintenance fee of 30,000 KRW per week applies for each additional person. Additional maintenance fees may be charged in cases of excessive usage of included services. Hot water is available at all times, but heating is centrally controlled. Giga-speed internet and TV are included for free.
