✅ Enjoy the stunning night view of the North Port ocean from a high-rise unit. ✅ Standard occupancy is 2 people; pets are not allowed. ✅ Please note that a professional cleaning fee may be charged if smoking occurs inside. ✅ With an actual floor area of 12 pyeong (approx. 40 sqm), it feels much more spacious than it looks in photos. ✅ Due to the nature of short-term rentals, towels and personal toiletries are not provided. ✅ Resident registration (moving-in report) is not available. ✅ Equipped with a queen-size bed and Smart TV; a new air conditioner was installed on June 6th.

I had a good stay. It was a bit noisy, but I enjoyed a nice view of industrial Busan and could watch trains and ships being loaded and unloaded. The location was great, too—just a few minutes from the city. I hadn't expected the place to be so poorly equipped, so I had to buy most things myself; the description hadn't made that clear.
It is convenient to use public transportation, and the night view of the North Port is stunning.
