- Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM (Contactless) - Standard occupancy is 4 people; please inquire if additional guests are joining. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Please observe quiet hours out of consideration for others in the evening (from 11 PM onwards).
- No smoking, no pets, and no illegal activities (violation results in immediate eviction and a fine of 450,000 KRW). - As this is a short-term rental, we do not provide standard amenities such as bedding, toiletries, towels, or disposable items. (These are available separately; please contact the host for details.) - We respect our senior guests. (If a guest aged 65 or older is staying, we provide one complimentary set of bedding for their use.) - Compensation may be claimed for any damage to or loss of property/facilities. - An additional cleaning fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged if waste is not properly sorted and disposed of in the designated areas. - Additional utility charges may apply if there is excessive or abnormal use of heating or air conditioning. - We have prepared this space with the same care as if our own family were staying here. - We will do our best to accommodate any requests from the guest's perspective.
