The area offers various amenities, including convenience stores, restaurants, unmanned meal-kit shops, pubs, a coin laundry, and fitness facilities. Commuting on foot is possible for those working in Yeouido.
The move-in process is contactless, and I will provide you with the door lock passcode.

The building has 7 floors in total, with four studio units on each floor from the 2nd to the 7th floor. Air conditioners in all units to be replaced with the latest models in April 2025.
Electricity charges are separate. You are responsible for calculating the electricity usage (based on the KEPCO rate) from your move-in date to your move-out date and paying the bill directly.
