- This is a fully-furnished studio apartment with a separate kitchen. - There is one super single bed. - There is a children's park in front of the building, which is great for exercising and relaxing. - Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. As this is a multi-family home, please be mindful of noise.
- It takes about 10 minutes by car to Seodaegu Industrial Complex and Seongseo Industrial Complex. - It takes 12 minutes to walk to Exit 6 of Yongsan Station. - It takes 8 minutes by car to Seodaegu Station. - It is located behind the court in Yongsan-dong, Dalseo-gu, so it is a very good location for those who use Sincheon-daero.
- Toiletries and sanitary supplies such as soap, shampoo, and towels are not provided, so please prepare them separately. - Bedding is not provided, but for those who have difficulty preparing it, we offer bedding for rent. (1 set of comforter + pillow 2,000 won (paid only once upon check-in, not a daily rate), please inform us in advance before check-in) - Check-in can be done in the morning, and check-out is requested before 3 PM. - Check-in is contactless.
- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities. - A cash receipt will be issued after you have moved in. If you need a cash receipt, please let us know in advance before moving in. (This is a rental business, not an accommodation business, so VAT is not included.)
- Items not included in the management fee (electricity, gas) will be settled and charged upon departure. - If included items are used excessively, additional management fees may be requested. - If the electricity bill exceeds the management fee (20,000 KRW/week), the excess amount will be charged upon departure.
