This is a rental studio apartment, not a hotel or guesthouse. The move-in process is contactless, and the rate is based on single occupancy; double occupancy is not permitted. Please note that the unit is unfurnished; you will need to bring your own bedding, kitchenware, and other personal items. Pets and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. As this is a multi-unit building, please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing other residents. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM; however, early check-in is possible if the unit is vacant. The move-in process is contactless. Pets are not allowed. Indoor smoking is also prohibited. No separate cleaning fee is charged upon check-out; tenants are expected to clean the unit themselves before leaving. If you would prefer to hire a professional cleaning service, please let me know, and I can put you in touch with the building's cleaner.
You will be charged for any damage to the items.
Additional charges may apply for excessive electricity or gas usage. You will not incur excessive charges as long as you do not leave the air conditioner or heating system running while the room is unoccupied. The cost includes all management fees.
