The building was built in 2019 and is clean. It has a washing machine, air conditioner, and refrigerator. There is no furniture. It's just an empty room~^^ The photos taken on a rainy evening look dark, but the main photo was taken on a bright day. It's a bright house with windows on two sides. (2 people, no pets)
It is 10 minutes from Hansung University Station and 3 minutes from the west gate of Hansung University. There are many buses, so transportation is convenient.
Check-in is contactless. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. However, if the room is vacant, check-in time can be moved up.
You will be charged for any damage to the item.
Excessive use of electricity and gas may result in additional charges. As long as you don't leave the air conditioner and boiler on when you leave the room, you won't incur excessive charges. All management fees are included in the cost.
It was clean and quiet, so it was a good place to stay. The host was also kind and responded quickly.
