I ended up staying here while looking for a place for about three weeks because the timing didn't quite align with my move to a new home. The best part was definitely how close it was to Isu Station. It was also convenient having all the necessary shops and restaurants right in the nearby food street. The neighborhood was quiet, too, so I could sleep with the windows open. Since Isu Station is served by Lines 4 and 7, I’d recommend this place to anyone who relies on public transportation and doesn't need to use a personal vehicle.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. There were no locks on the windows, and the bathroom space is completely different from what was shown in the photos. A foul odor is coming up from the bathroom drain. In the end, I decided I had wasted my money and checked out after only two days. Do not sign a contract based solely on the photos; you will end up in a mess like me.
It's good! The market is also close. It's a bit of an uphill climb, but it's good if you think of it as exercise!
