It is on the 2nd floor, but the ground floor is a parking lot and there is no elevator. Many reviews say it is quiet despite having supermarkets and convenience facilities nearby. Large King size bed (180*200) & Super Single bed (110*200 / Purchased March 8, 2026). Equipped with an emergency toilet, dehumidifier, full-length mirror, and food dryer. 360-degree rotating toothbrushing faucet installed. Smart cable TV and free Wi-Fi.
All utility bills are included in the maintenance fee. However, if unusual amounts are incurred, an additional charge may apply. (For a household of 4, an additional 40,000 KRW per week applies to the maintenance fee)
They responded to any issues quickly and very kindly, and the place was clean, so I had a really comfortable stay. It was also very convenient having places to eat, a hospital, and the subway station nearby.
