- This home was fully renovated in 2025. - It is a fully furnished unit equipped with a TV, air conditioner, bed, desk, and wardrobe. (IPTV service is not provided; however, Netflix and a Samsung TV are available.) - Each room features brand-new air conditioners, beds, and wardrobes, offering a simple and modern living space. - Bedding and toiletries are not provided.
- Hapjeong Station (Line 2) and Mangwon Station (Line 6) are both within a 10-minute walk. - There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. - It is perfectly situated for easy access to Hongdae, Mangwon, Yeonnam, and Sinchon. - Mangwon Market, the Han River Park, and YG Entertainment are all within a 15-minute walk. - An airport bus stop is within a 10-minute walk.
- Check-in is contactless. (However, a property tour is available for long-term rentals.) - The home is more spacious than it appears in the photos, and all beds are premium quality. - Each room has a wall-mounted air conditioner, and the living room has a floor-standing unit, ensuring excellent heating and cooling throughout. - With three super-single beds and two single beds, the space comfortably accommodates up to five people. - Each room has a wall-mounted air conditioner, and the living room has a floor-standing unit, ensuring excellent heating and cooling throughout. - The entire building is a non-smoking zone; indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. All rooms are equipped with carbon monoxide alarms, automatic temperature/humidity monitors, and smoke detectors. - You may be charged for any damage to property. - Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. 🚫 - CCTV cameras are installed outside the building for security and in the stairwells for the safety of residents. - The rental rate is based on an occupancy of four people. An additional fee of 70,000 KRW per person per week applies for extra guests. - Exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation may lead to legal issues.
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - Additional charges may be billed if electricity or gas usage is excessive.

The host diligently cleared away the recycling left by the stairs every day and took great care in keeping the building clean. They also provided plenty of umbrellas, which came in handy on days when it suddenly rained. The place was well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. We stayed here for a month while waiting for renovations to be completed before moving into our new home, and our family of four had a wonderful time.
