- 3 minutes from Hajodae IC when using the highway - 2 hours by car from Gangnam, 2 hours 30 minutes from Yongin (when using your own car) - When using public transportation, get off at Yangyang Passenger Terminal and take a city bus (about 30 minutes from Yangyang Terminal) - When using public transportation, use Naksan Terminal, Yangyang Terminal, Sokcho Terminal, etc.
Check-in is contactless, and you will receive a text message on the day of check-in. As the building owner operates the property directly, any inconveniences can be addressed immediately. We emphasize once again that this is a trustworthy accommodation!

The owner was kind, the restroom was spacious, and the view was great, so it was very comfortable and enjoyable while surfing and swimming in the ocean👍👍

I had a truly wonderful time in Yangyang. ^^ It was only a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it perfect for morning and evening walks with my dog. There’s also a book café (Cafe Log) just a 30-second walk away; it was a fantastic spot to read or gather my thoughts while enjoying both forest and ocean views. :) Best of all, I loved the healing atmosphere created by being able to see the distant sea even while lying in bed. 😊 Since it’s a newly built property, everything was spotless and the climate control was excellent. The spacious, pleasant bathroom made my stay very comfortable. I visited to combine work and vacation, splitting my week between Seoul and Yangyang. I found myself missing the Yangyang seaside whenever I returned to Seoul—I really didn't want to leave! Haha. It was fully equipped with essentials like a fridge, washing machine, dryer, and air conditioner, so there was absolutely no inconvenience during my long stay. Considering the location and facilities, it offers incredible value for money. (There’s also a laundromat just 2km away by car.) Plus, with Surfyy Beach right on the doorstep, taking walks with my dog while enjoying the music became a special memory. :) My dog experienced so many new things here, and the time we spent making memories together feels truly precious! If you’re looking for clean, comfortable accommodation in Yangyang at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Yangyang in the future. 😊 I can't recommend it enough!
