I remodeled an old house in Hannam-dong to be clean and modern. You won't feel stuffy even if you don't go out all day 😀 You can meditate all day while reading a book and relax while taking a half-body bath and watching movies. It's so nice! Every morning, I climb nearby Maebongsan Mountain, and I can see the wonderful scenery of the Han River every day. Enjoy life in Hannam-dong 😊

If the property is damaged, we may need to discuss and cover the costs. This is a home where the host occasionally resides. You can use the storage space that has been allocated to you in advance. You can read the books, but please keep them clean and return them to their original place if possible. 🙆♀️
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees will be requested. Procedure: After checking the electricity, water, and gas meters upon check-in and check-out, you will be charged if the management fee exceeds the amount stated above.
