If the property is damaged, we may need to discuss and cover the costs. This is a home where the host occasionally resides. You can use the storage space that has been allocated to you in advance. You can read the books, but please keep them clean and return them to their original place if possible. 🙆♀️
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees will be requested. Procedure: After checking the electricity, water, and gas meters upon check-in and check-out, you will be charged if the management fee exceeds the amount stated above.
