🌿 The perfect place to live in Haeundae for a week to a month, just like your own home. • This is the first floor of a multi-family house, a 5-minute walk from Haeundae, Korea's largest resort area. • 📍Location and surrounding environment at the entrance of the residential complex closest to Haeundae. • This is a newly built house on Subway Line 2, remodeled in an apartment style. • Everything is fully equipped so that you have everything you need for a short-term rental.
📍Location and surrounding environment • Get off at Jungdong Station on Subway Line 2 and walk for 10 minutes toward Haeundae, or take express bus 1003 from Busan Station, get off at Moontang Road, and it's a 2-minute walk. • Parking is available in front of the entrance or in any empty spot in the residential alley. • There are many restaurants within walking distance, and you can use all the surrounding delivery services. • Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King, etc. are nearby.
For a comfortable rest, we use an Ace bed, an IKEA sofa bed, and good bedding (pine topper, cotton comforter). The bed and sofa are regularly washed and sterilized by a professional company (Bedtopia). The host cleans and organizes everything. Various seasonings, cooking utensils, wine glasses, and other cups and dishes. Bedroom 2 has an IKEA sofa bed (bedding provided). There are a total of 2 air conditioners, one in each room.

It is humid in the summer as it is near the beach. Please use the dehumidifier and air conditioner in the accommodation. 4. One car can be parked in front of the entrance. There are many restaurants around the accommodation, so cars may occasionally be parked in front of the entrance. When leaving, please make sure to place the no-parking pole in front of the door, and if there is a car parked, please contact us to ask them to move it. 5. There is a communal separate collection area for garbage. Please separate and dispose of recyclables according to the categories, and food waste must be disposed of in the designated food waste bin. Violations will result in fines from the local administrative agency. 6. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. The accommodation is regularly disinfected and sanitized by a professional pest control organization (CPS). -
The property must be cleaned and returned in the same condition as when you moved in. All used bedding, including blankets, and towels must be washed before you leave.
