Located in a residential area of Bukahyeon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, this house is suitable for families and groups of various sizes. Although the house is old, it was remodeled in early 2022, and we have taken care to ensure a comfortable and cozy stay. There are 3 rooms with 1 single bed and 2 double beds, and additional bedding can be provided. Currently, most items are provided, and you must check availability and sign a contract.
1. Take Exit 2 of Ahyeon Station on Line 2 and walk for 1 minute toward Bukahyeon-dong. 2. Take the Seodaemun 05 village bus and get off at Bukahyeon 3-way Intersection.
- Check-in is contactless. - Please confirm your check-in and check-out dates after consultation.
- There are 2 bathrooms. One has a shower, sink, and toilet, and the other has only a toilet. - Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors. - This is a residential area, so please be quiet at night. - A maximum of 5 people can stay. - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided. - Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided. - A microwave, coffee pot, rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, air purifier, iron, and hair dryer are provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be charged an additional fee upon check-out. In July and August, there is an additional electricity fee of 50,000 won per week.
I had a great two weeks, it felt just like home. Although it's an old house, the interior is so cozy and warm. The village bus stop is right in front of the gate, so it's very convenient to use public transportation. I'll come again next time!!!
