Two separate rooms: a large room with a double bed and a small room with a super single bed. The kitchen, sink, toilet, and bathroom have been remodeled, including double-paned windows and doors. The LG washer and dryer are new and perform well. Located in a quiet alley with no car noise, a 4-minute walk from Exit 15 of Seoul Station Airport Railroad. Good for solo travelers or families. A new LG dehumidifier has also been provided.

Check-in is contactless. If any issues arise, the host lives on the 3rd floor and can resolve them quickly.
It is a 4-minute walk from Seoul Station, so transportation is convenient. There are convenience stores (GS, CU, Seven11) within 100 meters of the house. Internet cable TV is subscribed and available for viewing. The parking lot is right behind the house (Urban herb Seoul station) in the underground parking lot of Amano Seogye Youth Housing. Paid use is available with the "Modu's Parking Lot" app.
Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, cable TV) are included in the management fee.
