- This is a clean apartment with built-in options. - There is one room with a single bed, and in the living room/large room, you can lay out a futon and blanket for two people to sleep. (Maximum 3 people) - Sit on the sofa in the living room and watch TV. - The kitchen space is separate, so you can eat in a separate area. There is also a separate laundry room, so you can do laundry every day.
- It is a 5-minute walk from the Sehwa Transfer Bus Stop. - If you come by car, use the navigation system. If you use public transportation, get off at the Sehwa Transfer Bus Stop and walk. - If you come from the airport, you can get here the fastest by taking bus 101 (in front of Gate 2). (You have to sit on the left to see the sea. haha) - If you take a taxi, it will cost around 40,000 won.
- Contactless check-in is convenient and hassle-free. - We will send you a notification message upon reservation confirmation, and on the day of check-in, we will send you the unit number and password. - Due to the nature of the apartment, you will be using all spaces, so there is no space to store your luggage before check-in. You can leave it in front of the front door. - Upon check-out, please wash the dishes, clean, and dispose of the trash, leaving the apartment in the same condition as when you checked in. If not, a cleaning fee will be charged.
It is located in Sehwa-eup, the center of eastern Jeju. Convenience store: 3 minutes on foot Starbucks: 3 minutes on foot Daiso / Olive Young: 3 minutes on foot Burger King: 3 minutes on foot Police station: 5 minutes on foot Bus stop: 5 minutes on foot Pharmacy and hospital: 5 minutes on foot Library: 3 minutes on foot Sea: 12 minutes on foot It is located in the town, so there are many convenience facilities and restaurants :) Sehwa Five-Day Market is held on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, and 30th of every month. It's a great place to look around :)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Apartment management fee, TV license fee, internet, electricity, gas, etc.) If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

It is near Sehwa Commercial District and a good location for traveling to the east. However, the cleanliness upon check-in was disappointing, and there was a leak in the living room towards the end of the contract period, which made the use of the room more inconvenient because I had a child. It is a cold house in winter because of the strong drafts.
