Please contact us in advance if you need them, and we will assist you accordingly.
🚌 It takes about 5 minutes by local bus or around 10 minutes on foot to Oksu Station. 🚘 A bus stop serving various routes is located right in front of the accommodation, making public transport very convenient.
The check-in process is contactless, and we will send you a message with usage instructions on the day of your arrival :)
The actual accommodation may differ slightly from the photos depending on when the pictures were taken and the arrangement of props and furniture :)
Electricity and HVAC costs are included in the room rate based on standard usage levels. However, as these rates are calculated based on average household consumption, additional charges may apply in accordance with our internal policies if abnormal or excessive power usage is detected—such as running the heating or cooling system for extended periods, leaving it on while away, or using it with windows open. We kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving energy to ensure a pleasant stay and smooth operations :)

I had a great stay. There was a minor issue with the faucet, but the owner resolved it quickly. It was convenient having a convenience store, sauna, and gym in the building, and the location offered great transport links. It would be nice to have a full-length mirror, though!

The location is great. It was really convenient having the airport bus stop and a regular bus stop right out front. The place is fresh and smells lovely, with a clean, uncluttered interior—perfect for minimalists. I did wish there were blackout curtains and a full-length mirror, though. However, the best part was the most important thing: the host was kind and quick to respond.
