Please contact us separately regarding apartments in the Unam complex that accommodate two vehicles.

Smoking inside will result in a charge for a full apartment cleaning service. ✅️ Pets are allowed upon consultation (an additional fee applies; payment required between booking and check-in). Please send a photo of your pet(s) immediately after booking. We ask that only those who promise to properly care for their pets make a reservation. 🙏 ✅ Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00 AM; alternative times can be arranged upon consultation. Please adhere to these times unless other arrangements have been made. 🙏 Short-term rental details to double-check 🙏 1. You have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the living room, and the kitchen. 2. Please send a photo of your pet after booking. An additional fee applies: 20,000 KRW per day (per pet) or 140,000 KRW per week. 3. Parking registration is limited to one vehicle (for additional vehicles, we recommend the public parking lot right in front—discounts of 50–100% are available for large families, etc.). 5. Floor mats are available upon request. 6. As this is a short-term rental, please bring your own toiletries and towels. We will do our best to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We offer a "Fridge Stocking" service. 🎉 7-Eleven 🎉 We can stock the fridge with 7-Eleven convenience store items if you order after booking. If you are busy preparing for your stay, let us stock it for you in advance. You can arrange to have snacks, ramen, drinks, gimbap, ice cream, toiletries, etc., stocked in the fridge by communicating with the host and making the payment.
As it is a newly built complex, it offers a pleasant environment that is great for taking walks. There are many schools nearby, and the surrounding area is very safe.
If included utilities/services are used ⚡excessively⚡, an additional maintenance fee may be charged. 👉If the cost exceeds the highest monthly maintenance fee recorded over the past 12 months by more than 100,000 KRW, the guest is responsible for the amount exceeding that 100,000 KRW threshold!
I was so impressed by the host's kindness and quick responses!! The place is incredibly neat and well-maintained, and best of all, it's perfect for working from home. I also love the walking paths nearby! It's fantastic!
