It's a good value for the price. The exterior is very shabby, but the interior is quite clean. It says that only the electricity bill is separate, but they also charge separately for the oil boiler used for hot water. Please keep this in mind. You can just park on the street. I had a bit of trouble with the mosquitoes. The location is very good for touring Mokpo. It's near the Mokpo North Port Cable Car, and the view from the room was excellent.
I had a comfortable 3-week stay in a short-term rental in a foreign country. The neighborhood is quiet, the air is good, and the cable car station is right in front. It's a spacious place with two large rooms and an open living room, so it's well-utilized and a thoughtful accommodation. ^^ I recommend it.
