- Check-in is contactless. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. (Times are negotiable.) The bed, bedding, smart TV, tableware, etc., are all new. This accommodation is for two people. No smoking indoors. No pets allowed. No parties, events, or loud noises. If a complaint is filed due to any of the above, you will be immediately evicted without a refund of your deposit.
- Blue Rain Park - Dalmaji Promenade, Cafe, Many restaurants, Starbucks, McDonald's - Haeundae Beach, LCT You can experience all of these within a 10-minute walk.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (Usage is checked upon check-in and check-out)
It’s spacious, gets plenty of sunlight, and the bed is soft.
I was extremely satisfied. If you're looking for accommodation near Haeundae, you won't regret choosing this place. There was absolutely no noise, I didn't see a single bug, and the water pressure was just right. They were incredibly kind and helpful whenever I had a question. I was worried about vehicle access in the alley based on the map, but the road was actually plenty wide. It's just a short walk to the beach and Dalmaji-gil, and E-Mart is only a 3-minute drive away. Highly recommended!
It was a decent place to stay alone while working in Busan for a month.
