> It takes about 50 minutes to get to Natgae Station from Busan Station by subway. > It takes about 28 minutes by taxi, and 50 minutes to 1 hour by bus. > The accommodation is 5 minutes away from the subway station.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions.
> Please be mindful of loud events or noises indoors to avoid disturbing neighbors. We will prepare well to welcome you so you can create enjoyable and beautiful memories. ^&^ > If furniture, rugs, sofa covers, etc. in the accommodation are stained, you will be charged for replacement costs. Please refrain from using staining substances (such as hair dye). > Pets are not allowed. (If you absolutely need to bring a pet, please inquire.) > Recycling can be done at any time on the 1st floor. > There is no specific day for food waste disposal, making it easy to dispose of. We will provide the password at check-in. > Instructions for using appliances are included in the accommodation guide, so please refer to it when using the accommodation. > There is a park and various restaurant streets within a 3-minute walk from the accommodation, which are great for dining or exercising, and also good for fishing. Various performances are also held, so please participate and create enjoyable memories.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. (More than 150,000 KRW per week)
