It has been renovated with a white-toned interior to create a clean and minimalist atmosphere. We prioritize kindness and cleanliness. - Experience the unique charm of a detached house~!!
- Easily accessible by public transportation and car. - 20-minute walk from Gangneung Express/Intercity Bus Terminal, 10-minute walk from KTX Gangneung Station - 10-minute walk from Wolhwa Street (night market) and Jungang Market - 3-minute walk from Gyodong Jjamppong, 5-minute walk from Hyungje Kalguksu and Hyundai Kalguksu - 10-minute drive from Gyeongpo, Chodang, and Anmok - Conveniently located in the center of Gangneung.
- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are not allowed. - Cooking strong-smelling foods, such as indoor barbecue, is not allowed. - A notification text will be sent 3 days before check-in.
- It's a quiet and cozy house with a yard :) - It's perfect for a month-long stay in Gangneung or a rural vacation, where you can pick and eat vegetables from the garden 😀 - You can also have a barbecue party in the yard 🤩 - We offer gas grill rental (free) (you need to prepare your own butane gas) - It's a quiet neighborhood, so there are no animal noises (chickens, dogs), and no inter-floor noise, which is an advantage of a detached house. - It's a healing space where even those sensitive to noise can relax comfortably. - We'll introduce you to Gangneung's hot spots and local restaurants ^^ - We've completed winter preparations so you can stay warm! * Electric heater in the bathroom, carbon mat on the bed, carbon mat in the living room installed * Please be sure to turn off the power after use to prevent fires.
- Gas fees will be settled and charged upon check-out for usage exceeding 5kg. * Since the insulation is good, it is effective to save on heating costs by not turning it on excessively, heating moderately, and lowering the heating temperature by 2-3 degrees when going out. - If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

The space is so impeccably maintained that I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. Its pristine, uncluttered atmosphere completely washes away the fatigue of travel. **Perfect Location in Gyodong:** Situated in Gyodong, where Gangneung’s trendiest cafes and restaurants are concentrated, the location makes getting around incredibly convenient. It serves perfectly as a "base camp" for exploring the area. **The Art of Staying:** This is more than just a place to sleep; thanks to the comfort provided by the space itself, even the time spent simply resting at the accommodation becomes an integral part of the travel experience.
Thanks to this accommodation, our trip to Gangneung with the kids and my mom was even more comfortable! It's so clean, tidy, and spotless! The location is also great! We rented a car but hardly used it; we walked everywhere! It's close to the market, and there are many delivery services available. Since it was winter, I was worried about laundry if the kids took off their clothes, but having a washing machine was so convenient! They responded to our requests immediately and resolved them! We had a happy stay for over a week. If I come to Gangneung again, I'd like to stay here again. Thank you, owner...♡
