1. Perfect size for living alone 2. Honestly, I was worried about safety, but the neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of CCTV cameras—including inside the building. 3. Great elevator 4. Exactly a 6-minute ride to Lotte Mall on a Kakao Bike 5. Hot water works great 6. Reasonable price 7. The landlord is wonderful!!
