A flat additional fee of 100,000 KRW must be paid to the host at the time of booking. (Bringing a pet without prior agreement will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit, so please follow this rule.) ✨️ Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited indoors! {If indoor smoking is detected or traces are found, the security deposit will not be refunded.} ✨️ As this is a short-term rental providing only the room itself, you must bring your own personal items, such as bedding (pillows, blankets), towels, shampoo, toilet paper, chargers, razors, laundry detergent, dish soap, and standard trash bags. *If you are unable to bring bedding due to your circumstances, please contact the host.* ✨️ Please handle the dishes and separate your recycling yourself ⭐️before checking out⭐️. ✨️ Please wipe down the area around the induction cooktop after cooking (to prevent food from burning/sticking). ✨️ Please make sure to turn off the heating/cooling system and lights when checking out. ✨️ While the place is cleaned thoroughly, individuals with extreme germaphobia should not book. (We ask for guests with an understanding nature who are willing to simply run a vacuum over any stray dust they might find. 🙏)
⭐️ If your desired rental period doesn't align with the standard weekly terms, please contact the host to arrange a booking for your specific dates! ⭐️ Storage cabinets contain a mattress topper and extra bedding, allowing 3–4 people to sleep comfortably. {Base occupancy is 2 people; an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person/day applies for extra guests.} @One preschool-aged child can stay for free with no additional charge.@ ⭐️ Plenty of storage space makes it easy to store clothes and luggage. 😀 {Search for "Nations Officetel" on Naver to see more photos!} ⭐️ Please be sure to turn off the heating/cooling and lights when leaving the room! {In summer, please turn off the AC when leaving for an extended period or checking out. In winter, switch the boiler to "Away" mode for long outings and turn it off completely upon checkout; please also ensure all lights are turned off. 🙏} ⭐️ There is a Lotte Fresh Mart in the building. ⭐️ Right next door, you'll find a convenience store, BBQ restaurant, gimbap shop, and snack bar. ⭐️ There are many coffee shops, clinics, and pharmacies nearby. ⭐️ A large Daiso is located in the Donong Station building right in front. ⭐️ Large E-Mart and a commercial area with many restaurants (5-minute walk). ⭐️ Hwanggeumsan Mountain is behind the building; it offers a gentle hiking course, fresh air, and a mineral spring—it's a great spot for a quick, pleasant walk. ⭐️ Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlet is 5 minutes away by car or 8 minutes by bus. ⭐️ Quiet and pleasant atmosphere with excellent transportation and amenities. 😀 *Please note that once the booking is confirmed and payment is made, the amount is not 100% refundable upon cancellation.*
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. Since the unit uses an electric boiler for heating, excessive use can lead to a massive bill; please use it reasonably, just as you would your own home. 🙏 Any excess charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
