This accommodation is for one person. It has been recently remodeled and is ready for its first occupants. It is a compact but optimized space with a convenient layout. There is a walking trail called Pureun-gil in front of the accommodation, so you can feel comfortable in the city.
In front of Eden Stay, there is a green path where you can take a walk in the middle of the quiet city and experience unique cafes. Kia Champions Field, Asia Culture Center, 5.18 Democracy Movement Archives, 4.19 Democratic Revolution History Museum, and other attractions in Gwangju are all within a 10-minute drive, and it is also close to Damyang, so you can enjoy traveling to Damyang.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. There is no separate cleaning fee upon check-out, but if the basic cleaning is not done, it may be deducted from the deposit, so please keep the room clean.

I had a good rest. I was a little disappointed with the food.
It's clean, pretty, and parking is convenient. There's a convenience store a minute away, and it's a quiet residential area, so there's no noise. I had a quiet and comfortable rest.
