This property is a fully furnished rental unit designed for medium- to long-term stays (minimum of two weeks). In compliance with local regulations, we provide basic household tools and supplies but do not supply disposable items (such as shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, or toothpaste). However, basic supplies may be provided to foreign nationals and tenants arriving from abroad (overseas guests), provided such provision does not violate relevant laws. The rental period may be extended or shortened depending on circumstances; in such cases, a separate simplified rental agreement will be drawn up by mutual consent, and separate internal standards will apply regarding rates and discounts. Note that for online bookings, the reservation details and receipts issued by the booking platform may serve as a substitute for a formal rental agreement. All other matters are governed by standard laws and regulations regarding rental agreements.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive usage. (Meter readings will be checked upon check-in and check-out, and you will be notified if necessary.)
