This is a recently remodeled single room for a one-month stay. It has a modern feel with wood and white tones. You can relax comfortably on the super single bed or sit in the comfortable chair and write some good phrases. On a clear day, read a book or write a piece by the window where Jeju's blue sea unfolds.
The Limousine Bus No. 800 to the airport is a 10-minute walk away. (Seogwipo Post Office when getting off / Seogwipo City Hall when boarding) There are various amenities including E-Mart, Starbucks, and McDonald's. There are various living infrastructures including post offices and banks, and the nearby Seogwipo Police Station ensures good public safety.
Move-in is contactless. We will send you a message with information on how to use the facilities before and after your move-in. Each room has a private bathroom, and a spacious dining area is available for shared use. The bedding is top-quality, consisting of Tempur-Pedic and Nordic bedding. The ocean view and cherry blossom view in April are outstanding.
The Seogwipo Police Station is a 3-minute walk away, and there are CCTV cameras, so it's safe. There is no television. Instead, you can quietly focus on yourself. Transportation is convenient. There are many parks nearby, including tennis courts, basketball courts, golf courses, and soccer fields. At the Seogwipo Innovation Sports Center, you can swim 50m for 3,000 won per day, and use the gym for 1,000 won per day. For short-term rentals, hygiene products (shower supplies, towels, toilet paper, wet wipes, etc.) and cleaning services are not provided.
Electricity, heating/cooling, and water are included in the management fee. If electricity, heating/cooling, or water are used excessively, you may be charged separately upon check-out. Please practice energy conservation.
