- Located in the heart of Geoje, adjacent to Suwol and Gohyeon (Jung-gok). - Convenient access to Aju and Okpo to the east, and Jangpyeong and Sagok to the west. - Depending on your direction of approach to our building: - From the east, expert driving skills are required (keen sense of corner clearance). - From the south, careful driving skills are required (speed control). - Yeonsa Bus Stop is 500m away. - 10 minutes to Gohyeon Terminal and Songjeong IC.
- Check-in is contactless (however, a phone call is required prior to arrival!!). - Check-in: After 2:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM (Please strictly adhere to these times). - Please separate and dispose of trash upon check-out (collection area located in the parking lot). - Standard trash bags must be used for general waste. - Please note that occupancy is strictly limited to one person. - Noise disturbances are prohibited (including calls on speakerphone). - You may be charged for any damage to or soiling of furnishings upon check-out. - Smoking indoors and pets are strictly prohibited.
- As this is a short-term rental, personal hygiene items such as bedding, kitchenware, and toiletries are not provided. - It is well-suited for quiet, solo use for a one-month period, whether for studying or office work. - The current residents are quiet individuals. Please refrain from inquiring if you enjoy partying or drinking.
