- Move-in will be conducted remotely. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed.
-Compensation costs will be incurred for any damage to or contamination of the items. -It has been thoroughly cleaned, so you can use it immediately after moving in.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, an additional management fee may be requested.
