🚫 Important Information 🚫 99% of guests who stay in my space are satisfied. To ensure this, there are a few things you need to keep in mind. Maintenance costs are excessively high. Please read the following important information carefully. 📌 Do not flush wet wipes, food, or other items down the toilet. You will be responsible for any damages if the toilet becomes clogged for any reason. 📌 As this is not a hotel, towels and other bathroom amenities are not provided. Please dispose of all trash in the recycling area on the first floor before checking out. 📌 If pets or individuals damage or contaminate any items provided, you may be charged for the cost of replacement or additional cleaning. 📌 Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes; a deduction will be made from your deposit if violated). 📌 Please purchase and bring any items not provided. 📌 Excessive noise and loud shouting are prohibited. 📌 Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors. If you violate any of the above rules, you will be asked to check out. If any damage or loss occurs to the facilities, you will be asked to compensate for the damages. We appreciate your understanding as this is unavoidable for facility maintenance. However, if you follow these rules, I promise to provide you with the best space and service as your host. ^^
